I've just done an aerobics class; don't mess with me!

Hi youse

I'm writing this mainly because I'm bored with the last thing I wrote and I figure you may be too. The only thing is I have no particular topic in mind today -- except maybe the fact I have "Help Me Rhonda" stuck in my head (something about Beach Boys songs today, except you may or may not be pleased to know I actually remember the words to this one). But as that's not really a topic worth in depth discussion (in my mind anyway), I will wrack my brain for some other topic for today's literary diversion.

Got nothing.

To fill in time, let me tell you about my day today. I managed, for the second day in a row, to be "at work" from 9am till 5pm and yet accomplish work I could have done in about 3 hours. A number of factors contributed to this, including the suckfulness of technology (even the stapler was against me), but mostly it was the fact that my procrastinatory powers were operating at full effectiveness. I shouldn't go on about this too much -- for one thing my boss may read this website and then where would I be -- I'm actually quite pleased with the amount of stuff I've got done this last week or so.

After work I went to the gym with my sister and our friend, who spends enough time at our house that she might as well be our sister. We have this 7 day trial pass to the gym. I have no intention of joining as I can't afford it, but I enjoy exercising so I'll make the most of the free-ness. We did a combat class and it was ultra-fun. Is it a bad thing to punch people in the head if they're only imaginary? Interesting moral dilemma worth pondering further. But not right now. Suffice it to say that any imaginary people in the room at the time of the class now consist of little more than imaginary pulp seeping into the carpet.

Since then I've come home, eaten dinner (I never want to move out -- my mum cooks too well), watched one of my favourite Seinfeld episodes (the one where Jerry falls in love with a girl who's exactly like him -- I can identify) and am now chatting online to some of my grooviest buddies.

Well I've written enough for now and it's sleeping time. Sorry I didn't come up with some scintillating topic to probe in detail. At least you got to hear about my day. Lucky you. Maybe I'll come up with something better tomorrow. Till then...

Three left jabs and a roundhouse kick,

You don't need a topic... the way you described your day was entertaining enought for me. Just imagining imaginary people turning into a battered pulp at your hand, and probably a foot or two, had me laughing out loud

I think that Seinfeld episode is sweet too. I love (well, maybe just like) pretty much every movie and TV episode that Janeane Garofalo is in. Her sense of humor always cracks me up.

Oh... by the way... I copped those three left jabs right on the chin but managed to avoid decapitation by ducking your fatal roundhouse kick. *does a groovy celebration dance*

Now stop procrastinating and get back to work!!

Hope you're having a good day! Ü

I find that extremely hard to swallow - The truth about cats and dogs would have to be WAY up there among the worst movies of all time!!! but i loved romy & michelles high school reunion - something about the movies you watched in highschool that sticks
